It'll come to you one way or another. I know people who've been depressed basically their entire lives and they're just turning things around. It might not take that long for you, and even if it does don't be discouraged. You'll find your way somehow, but you need to try new things-- anything that might be helpful to your recovery.
I have no idea what the internal problem (I'm assuming that's what you mean) is. I have OCD and depression, but the depression is my main problem right now.
