It's true, there is someone out there for everybody. You just have to get yourself out there. It might take some time, but it will happen.
Valentines doesn't specifically have to be spent with a loved one. Going out with friends is just as great. Hope you had a great time and think a bit differently of the holiday now.
There's no reason to hate valentines day. Just because you don't have anyone to spend it with, doesn't mean you should hate it. And if you're supposedly better off by yourself, then don't complain. Simple as that.

Oh no D': I love animals...having them suffer hurts so much, I know how you must feel, it has happened to me. I'm so sorry your dog has to go through this. It is very painful to have to watch her everyday, being the happy dog she is and she doesn't have a clue what's going on with her, doesn't it ): .. Pets are more than just animals. They can be great at comforting and even be a best friend.. But you can always keep the memories you have with her in your heart. Sadly, that's the way of life. We come and go, even when we think they don't deserve it..no, not yet. I know you probably don't like the idea of putting her to sleep, but if your dad decides to, please stay strong. You have to think about her deeply--do you want her to keep suffering, or would you rather stop her suffering and go peacefully. If anything happens, you could always adopt or get a new puppy. It would be sweet to give a dog or puppy from an animal shelter a nice loving home. I wish you and your baby the best <3

Whoa, looks like you have to be the one to tell (I'm assuming it's a girl and I'm sorry if I'm wrong o:) her that she can do so much better. If he treats her badly and she is blind to see, speak up about it if you haven't yet. And if she refuses to believe you, either keep telling her it is, or let it be.. Maybe one day she will open her eyes wide enough to see that she doesn't need all that crap. Only time will tell.

It's not really good to do that because people could think that you're right about something and believe you, to end up with false hopes. Then they'll know not to come to you if anything.
Physical appearance is like the outer shell of what's kept in the inside, which is personality. And sometimes looks can be deceiving.
Being in this type of situation can be really hard. You could compare the two and see which one is best for you. Maybe you can write down a list for each of pros and cons, or just write down a list of each about their good qualities. You need to ask yourself who can you picture spending your time with in the future. Who treats you better. I'm not saying to pick your friend because the choice is really up to you, but maybe you feel bad about dumping your boyfriend because of how long your relationship with him is. Who does your heart ask for? And if this becomes too much for you to handle, you can simply stay single and be really good friends with both, depending on how your boyfriend would take the break up and is willing to be good friends.
