I wouldn't worry about it, Many people talk to themselves, My Girlfriend does all the time, its not so much talking to herself as mumbling insanity's. We'll be in the supermarket and then suddenly she'll burst out in a random scentence; poetic veiws, life veiws, anything.

If you have doubts then you definitly should wait some more; There are to many uncertaintys in these kinds of things, It messes it up.
