sigh...you CANNOT get pregnant while on your period. Your period is when your sheding the lining of your uterus, and you will not ovulate untill 10 to 14 days later. It takes an egg to make a baby, and during your menstal cycle, there are no viable eggs present. The egg is fertilized in the fallopian tubes, and with in 2 days travels into the uterus to implant on the walls...Your period is when your sheding the lining of those walls....so if you somehow miraculously managed to have an egg present when it is hormonally almost impossible, there is still nothing for it to attach to. It takes approx 5 to 7 days for the lining to fill with enough blood to make it possible for an egg to implant. Learn basic biology people!
