tryyy to become a better person, like help out at places, do some charity, have thinking time alone and make sure things are quiet and try to find yourself and if you cant think of who you want to be and try to achieve that and try to be that person.
im kinda fat too, i got on a diet and it worked a bit but then i took a break off the diet but i should get back on it cuz the diet helps
eating healthy foods, doing more sports, that was my diet, it really did help too
